By accessing or using the Bill ride Booking website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Bill ride Booking provides a platform to connect users with independent Auto and Cab service providers. We are a technology platform and do not provide transportation services ourselves.

3. Coupon Usage & Discounts

All coupons issued by Bill ride are subject to the following rules:

• Coupons are only valid for bookings made through the Bill ride platform.
• Each coupon has an expiry date and may be limited to specific vehicle types (Auto or Cab).
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.
• We reserve the right to cancel coupons in case of suspected fraudulent activity.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when booking. You are responsible for your conduct during the ride and for any damage caused to the vehicle provided by the driver.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bill ride Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our platform or the transportation services provided by third-party drivers.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
